One in every four Millennials, those born between the 1980s and 2000s, will become managers in 2016. Office space is shrinking and will continue to do so (by 2020, the average amount of space per employee will drop to 150 square feet, down from 400 square feet in 1985). And maternity leave will become an even bigger topic with 64% of employees saying that they want unlimited maternity leave. Enjoy.
