GIPHY, the largest online database and search engine for GIFs, has just taken occupation of their 12,500 sqft NYC offices in the meat-packing district on the west side of Manhattan. It looks like a blast, take a look…

Hiring the architecture and interior design firm Architecture AF, GIPHY have an office that features an array of open spaces, bright colours, neon signs, coffee bars and fun break-out spaces.

Housing more than 100 employees, GIPHY gave Architecture AF the brief to produce a rich working environment indicative of their quirky brand. Their brief focused on 3 core requests – an open office space where all employees can work together, a restaurant-like kitchen (where the CEO could work), and flexible creative space.

The result seems to match the brief with plenty of collaborative workstations, a bright centralised void for company meetings and a full-service, coffee bar and lounge filled with GIPHY user’s art.

While you’re here take a look at Adobe’s London HQ (with running track), Saatchi and Saatchi’s London (Typically British) HQ and Money’s Office complete with Star Wars Themed Cinema Enjoy.
