An Account Director is needed to join a highly creative marketing agency who specialise in bold ideas! Celebrating a number of new client wins this thriving business is now seeking an AD to take the reins of a multi-billion dollar US software client.
Founded in 2014, this creative marketing agency is a HubSpot Gold Partner and trusted by respected brands and high growth businesses the world over. With a proven track record of producing thought provoking, intelligent creative solutions (spanning web, advertising, brand promotion and much more), they are now seeking an AD to join a collaborative and friendly bunch of experienced marketing and creative professionals doing big things.
As someone who “gets tech” the Account Director will take control of a key software / tech client account. Tasked with maximising opportunity and delivering great value you will play a lead role in the success of this account. Whether you are building client relationships, managing the production of complex campaigns, providing key insight and ideas to the client and your team or any other related AD duty you will pull things together to deliver great results. With AMs to support you and the Founder to mentor and lead you, you’re perfectly positioned to build great things whilst developing your career in the process.
To qualify… Whether you call yourself an Account Director / Senior Account Manager / AD / SAM or similar, we don’t mind, your CV just needs to demonstrate:
  • Experience gained within a creative or digital agency;
  • Strong project and budget management experience;
  • A creative outlook with the ability to generate ideas;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A passion for your trade;
  • The ability to nurture junior members;
  • Experience in “the weeds” of digital (content, inbound, ABM, Google Ads, Social, SEO etc.);
  • That you are the tech-savvy type.
