An Account Manager, who can think laterally and achieve amazing outcomes, is needed to join a full-service digital agency that delivers exceptional creative, cutting-edge technology and strategic problem solving to some of the world’s biggest brands. This is a rare opportunity for a talented Account Manager looking to step up and become part of the senior team whilst delivering exciting projects for brands in beauty, fashion, luxury and FMCG. 
This role can be 100% remote or hybrid working from the office in London. It is expected that you will be flexible to attend client meetings when requiredWe will consider Permanent / 6 month Contract / Contract-to-perm candidates for this role. 
For over two decades this innovative agency has delivered outstanding digital solutions for world leading brands such as Unilever, The Economist, The Body Shop, Unicef, Elida Beauty, Standard Bank and many more.  Due to continued expansion and some great client wins they are now seeking an Account Manager to deliver websites, video, strategy and more, in an environment that everyone truly loves to be in. 
Joining as the Account Manager, you will bring your client, team and project management expertise to a wide variety of exciting digital projects (websites, digital products and campaigns). Whether you are solving problems, achieving measurable results, fostering brilliant client relationships through creativity, technical knowledge and impeccable attention to detail, it will be your experience in the delivery of best-in-class consumer digital experiences that ensures outstanding results for a range of household-name, global brands.
To qualify… You should be an Account Manager / AM / Digital Account Manager / Client Services Manager / Senior Account Manager / SAM or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
  • A digital agency background
  • Proactive client services experience
  • Experience in studio resource planning and prioritisation
  • Experience translating requirements into thorough creative and technical briefs
  • Project management experience of long and short lead-time digital projects
  • The ability to present, interact with and influence client stakeholders at all levels
  • You have worked directly with developers on technical projects
  • Impeccable attention to detail, you have an eye for aesthetics and are technically-minded.
