A Part II / Architect/Technician, who has specialist experience working in one off private houses within the UK and can use vector works, is needed to join a leading high-end residential Architectural and Interiors Design practice in South-West London.
Boasting the Sunday Times Best Family Home award two years running, brand new Offices overlooking the river at Wandsworth, and fantastic client projects, this award-winning practice has an enviable reputation for creating breath-taking residential architecture. They are now seeking a Part II / Architect/ Technician, to join their vibrant, collaborative office environment that everyone truly loves to be in.

To qualify… You could be a Part II / Architect / Technician with experience of working in the UK and a CV and portfolio that demonstrates:
- 5 years experience in high end residential new build private houses and period house refurbishment projects within the UK.
- Excellent Technical ability
- High proficiency in Vector works/ Autocad, Microsoft Word
- Ability to co-ordinate and mange external technical staff, consultants + contractors
- Ability to work simultaneously and self-prioritise on different projects.
- Strong ability in the production of detailed drawing packages for construction.
- Advanced Knowledge of NBS Specification, UK British Standards & Building regulations.
- Managed projects on site successfully to timescale & budget.
- Working drawings & site experience through RIBA work stages.
- Expert knowledge of Construction costs.
- Positive, out-going, strong communicator and able to prioritise and handle multi-tasks when required to do so.
- Can keep up with a fast-paced working environment and deal with obstacles and tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
This is a full time, office-based role in Wandworth, usual working hours are 9am until 6pm.
