A Part II Architect, who has experience working in the residential sector within the UK is needed to join a prestigious architecture, design and planning company based in Slough. This position will provide an excellent opportunity for career development and Part 3 case studies with hands on experience throughout all RIBA stages of the project, from initial concept design through to onsite delivery of projects at varying scales.

Joining as a Part II Architect you will collaborating on project design and planning, utilizing Revit and CAD software for design work, ensuring compliance with UK regulations, maintaining clear communication, preparing portfolios for project management roles, as well as managing project aspects such as client communication and deadlines. You will be working on developments ranging from new build proposals to schemes involving the adaptive re-use of existing buildings, each proposal offering unique challenges with constant opportunities to gain unmatched exposure to architectural practice.

To qualify… You could be a Part II / Architect / Designer with experience of working in the UK and a CV and portfolio that demonstrates:

  • Experience of working in high-quality mixed-use and/or residential projects.
  • Some knowledge of UK Planning legislation, UK Approved Documents for building control compliance, and relevant design guides and standards.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.

Candidates must be willing to undergo a six-month probationary period. Revit skills will be tested at interview stage.
