A Business Development Manager with strong experience is needed to join a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Shoreditch. Joining a small and friendly team you will play a key role in the whole sales cycle from outbound prospecting, managing inbound lead through to onboarding success and encouraging further business.
This privately-owned agency start-up (2015) partner with a plethora of small to medium sized enterprises, applying expert digital skills and techniques which help them grow. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders working on campaigns from start to finish.
Joining as a Business Development Manager you will work closely with the Managing Director, Account Director, and heads of departments, developing our business development function to be an intrinsic part of the company success. This role involves managing outbound sales processes and handling inbound leads to meet sales targets, which encompasses conducting digital marketing analyses in collaboration with department managers, leading pitch processes, and following up with leads to successfully close deals. Additionally, you play a crucial role in onboarding new clients by working closely with implementation teams to ensure a smooth start. Ongoing client satisfaction is maintained through regular check-ins, understanding evolving needs, and offering relevant services.
To qualify…you will be a Business Development Manager / Digital Growth Consultant / Lead Generation Specialist / New Business Development Lead / Sales Development Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
- Excellent communication skills being able to interact with different stakeholders.
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management with a solid background in digital marketing.
- Confident in negotiating agreements and presenting to existing and prospective clients.
- A rigorous, autonomous, creative and proactive approach
