A Business Development Manager / Field Sales Manager is needed to join an independent company based in Stockport offering a complete range of hot beverage products and equipment. In this dynamic new role, you’ll be out and about splitting your time, 50/50 between managing key accounts and conquering new business territories, starting with Greater Manchester and expanding further afield. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Business Development Manager / Field Sales Manager who is a go-getter that thrives on the thrill of landing new deals.

As the Business Development Manager / Field Sales Manager you will primarily target hotels, co-working spaces, gyms, car dealerships, and leisure venues, with other HoReCa sectors in play too. Past success matters, but we’re more interested in what you’ll achieve next. You’ll be at the forefront of growth, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting products as solutions. If you’re a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for closing deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

To qualify…You will be a Business Development Manager / Field Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • You are driven, organised, and confident, with a proven track record in both Account Management and new business development, preferably in coffee or a related field.
  • Efficiency and attention to detail.
  • You are highly organised, self-motivated, and disciplined with excellent time-management skills.
  • You thrive in high-pressure environments and can work effectively to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Prospect is preferred.
  • Experience in coffee equipment, coffee knowledge, and barista training would be a bonus.

Due to the nature of the role, it is important that you reside in Greater Manchester with a valid UK driving licence. You are eligible to work in the UK and are willing to undergo criminal background and drugs & alcohol testing.
