A Client Delivery Executive / Client Service Executive is needed to join a small consultancy who care about transforming government and public services to improve the lives of people in the UK. If you’re interested in government accountability and transparency or learning about an interesting new field in public sector procurement in a friendly, welcoming team, then we want to hear from you! 
With an aim to harness public purchasing power for social and environmental good, the consultancy primarily helps technology companies understand how the public sector buys their services. They are renowned for providing tech suppliers with guidance on how to write and present effective bids. Due to continued success, they are now seeking Client Delivery Executives / Client Service Executives who would relish a varied role that includes client management, bid services, service development, process improvement, project management and developing Social Value.
Joining as the Client Delivery Executive / Client Service Executive you will read and review technical bids written by clients, in line with guidance, to ensure that they answer clearly and concisely to meet the requirements for application. 
On a day- to- day basis you will:
  • Provide written feedback, tips and suggestions on how the client can improve their writing, in a timely manner
  • Carefully proof-read for readability, sentence structure, formatting, grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Help to maintain accurate data on clients’ progress
  • Work as part of the Client Delivery team, covering client communications, account management, , research.
  • Exercise self-management and freedom in working collaboratively on a variety of ongoing and new projects, Company employees have scope to pursue projects that contribute to the business’ purpose and values
This role is 100% remote, or you can work in a co-working space in Brighton (or near where you live). There will be occasional meetings in Brighton, once a quarter. 
To qualify… You could be a Client Delivery Executive / Client Service Executive / Bid Assistant / Copywriter / Copy Editor / Customer Success Executive / Customer Service Exec / Customer Relationship Executive / Customer Account Exec or similar we don’t mind. As a guideline you should demonstrate:
  • You are fluent, business-focussed, and technical English speaker and writer
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently in a varied role 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Calm and focused under pressure
  • IT literate, including use of Microsoft Word, basic Excel, Outlook, G-Drive (or similar)
