A Client Relations Executive / Social Media Client Manager is needed to join a rapidly growing full-service integrated marketing consultancy, offering media relations, digital marketing, design and production. Working from their brand-new offices in Creaton, expect a fantastically varied opportunity that will see you head up their new influencer programme.

Established for over 20 years this leading agency run thought provoking public relations campaigns for the UK construction and manufacturing industries.  Over the last 18 months they have transformed themselves into a full-service integrated marketing consultancy, it’s been an exhilarating time resulting in some great client wins and some amazing projects. This is an exciting time for an Client Relations Executive / Social Media Client Manager to make their mark fine tuning current processes and helping to lead the way in influencer marketing within construction.
Reporting to the Head of Client Relations, the Client Relations Executive / Social Media Client Manager will manage the creation of influencer campaigns, handling the relationships with clients and influencers, approving contracts, and tracking, maintaining and reporting on the successes. 
The Client Relations Executive / Social Media Client Manager will also:
  • Identify new and emerging talent who align with the brand
  • Negotiate and contract influencers on behalf of clients
  • Provide ongoing reviews of influencer contracted deliverables
  • Create and deliver influencer briefs and messaging guidelines
  • Facilitate product seeding, onboarding, and training
  • Maintain relationships with influencers and be the lead for any queries
  • Report on influencer performance (organic and paid)
  • Keep the team up-to-date on the influencers trends – rising stars, emerging trends, best practices
  • Report weekly on influencer activity with understanding of key reporting metrics
In short, the Client Relations Executive / Social Media Client Manager will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook YouTube, TikTok, and more) using influencers, and be will report on the effectiveness of the activity to internal teams and clients.
You are not expected to understand the building / construction industry, but you are required to understand why construction is a great industry and be keen to learn more!
To qualify... You will be a Client Relations Executive / Social Media Client Manager / Digital Marketing Campaign Manager / Influencer Marketing Consultant / Influencer Marketing Manager / Influencer Marketer / Influencer Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Exec / Social Media Executive / Social Media Manager or similar who can demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing and digital reporting (ROI) and be comfortable leading your own projects. You’ll need to be happy addressing current clients as well as new prospects and enjoy digging into data using social listening and analytics tools.
  • You are a strong communicator who thrives when negotiating and networking 
  • A keen eye for up-and-coming talent who are daring to do it differently and getting the views 
  • That you Love content and has a firm understanding of what will drive results via short form and long form and who has worked with creators within the Youtube, Instagram, Tik Tok and Snapchat platforms 
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, a creative way of thinking, brand understanding, and be comfortable presenting ideas and results to both clients and internal teams.
  • You can hold your own with some fairly strong characters in the office and are happy to be absorbed into a close-knit team.  You also need to like dogs – there are several who spend time in the office (usually one at a time).
