A Commercial Director / Sales Director, who has a strong track record of selling SaaS solutions into small and medium-sized enterprises across multiple sectors, is needed to join this innovative SaaS platform that provides simple, credible, and affordable climate solutions.  Expect a varied role helping to this unique solution to market, leading the Commercial Account Managers to maximise the number of SMEs subscribing to the platform, whilst having a real input into the future strategy of the business.

Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Commercial Director / Sales Director who wants to apply their entrepreneurial expertise and experience to one of the biggest challenges of our time.
Leading the team of Commercial Account Managers, the Commercial Director / Sales Director will be focused on four key areas: SME sales, partner management, business, and team development. Whether you are overseeing the sales strategy to circa 3 million SMEs who need to get their carbon footprint to net zero; manging client relationships; building the best-in-class team of Account Managers; spotting opportunities for growth or maximising climate and commercial impact, it will be your entrepreneurial spirit that ensures that sales are maximised, and client expectations are exceeded. 
 
To qualify… You should be a Commercial Director / Sales Director / Commercial Sales Director / Business Development Director / Client Services Director / Sales Account Director / B2B Sales Director / SAAS Sales Director or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
  • Experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally across multiple sectors and ideally with a SaaS solution 
  • A proven interest in business and environmental issues
  • Exceptional written, verbal, analytical and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • A cheerful, positive, and adaptable attitude
Hybrid working options are available. It is expected that you will attend the office in London, twice a week.
