A Customer Service Executive is needed to a join a market-leading and award-winning lingerie and swimwear e-tailer. Working both remotely and from their Uxbridge Head Office you will deliver an exceptional level of service to customers via email, telephone, and live chat. 
Specialising in the fuller bust from D to K cups their company purpose is to make women feel fabulous about their figure! Having seen huge growth over the past few years, they are now seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their passionate and hard-working team, committed to providing the greatest possible customer experience. 
Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, the Customer Services Executive will be passionate about providing the best possible service, wow-ing customers each time and making this their go to brand for lingerie and swimwear. Utilising your excellent communication and multi-tasking skills you will build effective relationships with customers. Whether you are responding to customers within the service delivery time, clarifying customer issues, solving customer queries first time, investigating, and responding to complex postal inquiries, updating the customer records or providing written responses, it will be your flexible, personable approach that delivers outstanding results.
Hybrid working options are available for the right candidate, you will be expected to attend the office in Uxbridge at least Once a week. 
To qualify… You could be a Customer Services Executive / Customer Support Executive / Customer Administrator / Sales Admin Support / Client Services Coordinator / Customer Service Coordinator Wholesale Administrator or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
  • Experience in a similar customer support / admin role, ideally in an ecommerce environment.
  • A bright and positive attitude and engage well with other people.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for giving exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge and understanding of order processing.
  • Good standard in Microsoft Office.
Any exposure or experience with NetSuite would be a bonus, full training will be provided.
