A Customer Success Manager / Client Account Manager is needed to join this innovative SaaS platform that provides simple, credible, and affordable climate solutions. Renowned as the trusted route to Net Zero, this ground-breaking firm enables customers to measure, reduce and compensate for their Greenhouse Gas emissions and provides a unique, sector-endorsed certification, allowing clients to credibly communicate their achievements to their customers, employees, investors, and other stakeholders. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Customer Success Manager / Client Account Manager to take ownership of specific sectors e.g., hospitality, accountancy, law, technology, health, and beauty, etc
Reporting to the Commercial Director the Customer Success Manager / Client Account Manager will lead the sales strategy within their sector – identifying relevant segments of the market and working closely with internal marcoms and digital teams to build campaigns and strategies to reach and engage potential customers. Whether you are building exceptional relationships, tracking user progress, suggesting improvements, helping clients navigate the platform, maximising value or spotting new opportunities, it will be your fantastic account management skills and sales initiative that drives client growth and retention.
To qualify… You should be a Sales Manager / Sales Account Manager / Client Manager / Client Account Manager / Commercial Account Manager / Sales Manager / Customer Success Manager / Business Development Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
- Experience in consultancy, sales and marketing, or account management position
- A proven interest in business and environmental issues
- Exceptional written, verbal, analytical and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Full competence in MS office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A cheerful, positive, and adaptable attitude
- Experience selling to the hospitality, professional services or health and beauty sector is preferred.
Hybrid working options are available. It is expected that you will attend the office in London, twice a week.
