A Customer Success Manager / CS Manager / CSM, who has experience in software or Earth Sciences, is needed to join a leading provider of Operational Geology solutions. Working at the forefront of the business, expect to go above and beyond to ensure global clients are getting the most out of their services. 
This role can be 100% remote. There will be frequent European travel to clients / events / exhibitions and conferences. You will be expected to attend the office in Aberdeen approx. once a quarter.

Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking a Customer Success Manager to continue their amazing work by ensuring clients maximise the return on their investment.
Joining as the Customer Success Manager you will be afforded all the tools necessary to ensure strong and successful Account Management of existing accounts. Whether you are building / maintaining relationships with key clients; ensuring clients understand current products and services; spotting opportunities for upsells; determining client requirements; attending client sites, exhibitions, events or conferences; onboarding new clients or negotiating renewals, it will be your excellent communication skills that ensures clients receive the best possible experience.
To qualify… You could be a Customer Success Manager / CS Manager / CSM / Customer Experience Manager / Account Manager / Geologist / Software Account Manager / Client Services Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates the following:
  • A degree in Technology or Earth Sciences (or equivalent work experience)
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for technology
  • Interest in developing new skills relevant to the sector. 
An understanding of Operational Geology and/or Drilling would be a bonus.
