A Customer Success Manager / Customer Service Manager is needed to join a leading provider of Property Guardianships. Expect to be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the process with a high level of customer service. 
Providing peace of mind to property owners through enhanced Property Guardianship, this innovative company expertly secure and maintain vacant properties with their bespoke end-to-end solution, creating aspiring communities and offering working professionals affordable and flexible living opportunities. Due to exciting growth, they are now seeking a Customer Success Manager / Customer Service Manager who enjoys building relationships and has a passion for remaining empathetic to all situations they are presented with, to join their inclusive team with an exceptional culture.

Working at the forefront of the business the Customer Success Manager / Customer Service Manager will be tasked with:
  • Answering inbound calls and conducting daily welfare calls for existing guardians 
  • Providing guardian references
  • Ensuring guardian complaints are resolved in the timeframe provided 
  • Obtaining Trust Pilot and Google Reviews from existing guardians 
  • Managing guardians and ensuring that they are out of the property in the timescale provided
  • Ensuring all notes & spreadsheets are updated, accurately
  • Ensuring Trust-Pilot and Google Reviews are responded to in the timeframe provided
  • On-boarding new clients and ensure they understand guardianship 
  • Liaising with the legal team regarding guardians going to court 
  • When required, move guardians to a different room or property 
In short, the successful Customer Success Manager / Customer Service Manager will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing customers

To qualify… You could be a Customer Success Manager / Customer Success Executive / Customer Service Executive / Guardian Liaison / Client Liaison / Client Account Manager / Account Executive / Customer Service Exec / Client Services Exec / Client Executive / Customer Relationship Executive / Customer Account Exec / Existing Client Account Exec / Client Account Executive or similar with a CV that demonstrates: 
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent time, planning and project management skills 
  • The ability to flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms
  • You are resilient
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • The ability to handle high levels of pressure
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
