An Events Coordinator / Production Coordinator is needed to join a leading supplier of innovative and bespoke effects to the entertainment industry across the globe. Expect to play a critical role in the efficient scheduling / coordination and delivery of high-profile global events.  
Our client is a live Special Effects company specializing in Pyro, Lasers, Flames, Cryo, Confetti & Drones for Concerts, Sporting Events and Corporate Gigs! They have recently opened a new UK office in West London and are seeking a Events Coordinator / Production Coordinator to be the first point of contact for the crew.
Joining as the Events Coordinator / Production Coordinator you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of projects / events. Whether you are booking crew & hotels; organising travel arrangements & van hire; working with project managers and designers to assist with presentations, quotes and tenders; ensuring pre-production documents are completed; organising suppliers, insurance, and crew training, or providing office/ studio support you will be key in the successful delivery of worldwide, large-scale events.
To qualify… You should be a Events Coordinator / Production Coordinator / SFX Coordinator / Resource Scheduler / Traffic Manager / Office Coordinator / Service Coordinator / Scheduling Coordinator or similar, with a CV that demonstrates:
  • Experience in a similar Events Coordination / Project Coordination role;
  • The ability to manage and prioritise multiple day-to-day tasks while maintaining high quality standards;
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, organisation and time management skills;
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills;
  • A willingness to work extra hours when required and attend event locations. 
 A Full UK Driving Licence would be a bonus as would any exposure or knowledge of SFX
