A Part-time Finance manager is needed to join a leading supplier of innovative and bespoke effects to the entertainment industry across the globe. Going through an exciting period of growth, expect to play a vital role heading up day-to-day financial activities.
This is a permanent, part-time position offering 18 hours per week over 3 days initially, but they fully expect to increase the hours in the coming months.  
Our client is a live Special Effects company specializing in Pyro, Lasers, Flames, Cryo, Confetti & Drones for Concerts, Sporting Events and Corporate Gigs! They have recently opened a new UK office in West London and are seeking a Finance Manager to become the 1st port of call for all finance queries.  
Joining as the Finance Manager you will be pivotal to the day-to-day running of financial activities. Whether you are recording financial transactions; handling accounts payable / receivable; completing tax forms; managing profit and loss statements and balance sheets; maintaining company ledgers; reconciling bank accounts; running payroll or invoicing clients & paying vendors, you will be an energetic finance professional eager to make a difference in this exciting organisation
To qualify… You should be a proactive Finance Manager / Assistant Financial Controller / Management Accountant / Accountant / Financial Controller or similar, with a CV that demonstrates:
  • Experience in a similar Finance Management role within a small, fast moving environment.
  • Experience of managing profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Experience maintaining company ledgers and reconciling bank accounts.
  • Experience running Payroll and paying contractors.
  • Experience managing employee and freelance staff expense claims
  • Good communication skills.
  • A very high attention to detail.
