An International Co-Ordinator/ Executive Assistant is needed to join one of the leading independent, not-for-profit, global professional bodies, dedicated to promoting best practice and raising the awareness and standards of coaching, worldwide. This is a multi-faceted role that underpins the international growth and development plans for the Association.

This is a contract remote role initially for a 6-month period, with the possibility to extend.

Joining as the International Co-Ordinator you will be a proactive and highly organised professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills and with a global and growth mindset.

Established in 2002, this purpose led organisation currently has a thriving membership in 90+ countries, made up of professional coaches; academic, training, and service providers; along with leader coaches working within SMEs to large multinationals, building coaching cultures.

This role involves working closely with the CEO to provide support to the Executive office. It will also involve engaging with the International Teams and Shared Services, responding to queries, draft meeting summaries, and facilitate virtual communication across international time zones. Proficient in marketing and communication, you will also create internal communications, marketing campaigns, and presentations, showcasing strong copywriting skills.

Bilingual in English and ideally one additional language, you will bring experience in managing diverse workloads in large multi-national organisations, thriving under pressure and adapting with a solutions-based approach. As a self-starter, you will work collaboratively and autonomously, embodying the qualities of a team player who seeks continuous improvement.

To qualify… You could be an International Co-Ordinator/ International Executive Assistant / International Team Liaison / International Relationship Manager or similar with a CV that can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience working in large multi-national companies in a similar/Executive Assistant capacity.
  • Marketing skills, in particular, copywriting with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise own workload and that of the CEO.
  • Bi-lingual in English and ideally 1 + language (French / Spanish / Portuguese / German / Mandarin / Arabic).
  • Experienced in managing a varied workload and working with numerous stakeholders and executing multiple plans.
  • Building strong relationships throughout the organisation and with key stakeholders.
