A talented Junior Account Manager, who has PR / Media
Relations experience (Inhouse or Agency), is needed to join a vibrant Public
Relations Agency based in stunning surroundings with an unbeatable seaside

Manager to help them continue to deliver a first-class service to a brilliant

The successful Junior Account Manager will be a confident,
ambitious and empathetic team member, skilled at working at pace and with
agility across multiple clients and disciplines. Whether you are liaising and
supporting client requirement; developing and implementing multi-channel
communications plans and strategies; drafting and selling in press releases and
features; attending meetings and events; conducting research; writing reports
or adding value to the client relationship, it will be your excellent
multitasking skills that ensures outstanding client campaigns are delivered on
time and to budget. 

Hybrid Working Options are on offer: Two days per week
you will be based in their head office in Dorset and the rest will be flexible
/ remote working.
 


To
qualify… 
You should be a Junior Account Manager / Junior PR Account Manager / Junior AM / Senior Account
Executive / Account Executive / Digital Account Executive / or similar, with a
CV that demonstrates:

  • Current experience
    in public relations, within a PR or comms role in a PR Agency or Inhouse
    (consumer and/or B2B).
  • The ability to confidently manage multiple small client accounts with the minimum of supervision.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate proactively and effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proven media relations success on a regional and national level.
  • A good knowledge of strategic and tactical delivery, understanding client objectives and translating these into effective PR plans with measurable results.
  • Flawless writing skills, with the ability to write persuasive, compelling copy for different sectors and audiences across a variety of different platforms – press releases, blogs, newsletters, social, etc.
  • Strong team ethos and creative drive.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement / public affairs desirable.
