A Marketing Campaign Manager is needed to join a world leading people management accreditation service. Expect to drive the ideation, creation and execution of campaigns that will support their 3 accreditations, as well as their wider brand. 
With over 27 years’ experience and a community of over 10,000 organisations across 78 countries, this leading not-for-profit showcases the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures that deliver industry results. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a proactive Marketing Campaign Manager to join their small, friendly team. 
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the Marketing Campaign Manager will create and manage the execution of campaigns that drive awareness of accreditations, ultimately generating new business opportunities for the Sales team as well as opportunities for both retention of existing clients and upselling additional accreditations. Whether you are participating in ideation sessions / campaign research, undertaking detailed performance campaign analysis, producing campaign plans, improving conversion metrics or any other related marketing activity, it will be your input that increases the awareness and perception of their brand 
They’re only a small team, so you can also expect to be involved in other general marketing activities, pitching in where support is required such as their in-person events.
Remote working, with the option to work in central London office if required. Some travel to London will be required for team meetings/events for which you won’t be expected to cover your own travel costs.   
To qualify… You should be Campaign Marketing Manager / Marketing Campaign Manager / Marketing Manager / Campaign Manager / B2B Marketing Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
  • You are a creative, proactive thinker with a high level of initiative 
  • Experience of B2B campaign management experience, ideally leading on campaigns that target senior leaders and/or HR professionals
  • Excellent project management skills
  • You are an excellent collaborator
