A Marketing Executive, who has a passion for marketing analytics, is needed to join a city-based niche consultancy firm specialising in delivering transformational, advisory and delivery services to the investment management industry. Utilising your generalist marketing experience expect a rare opportunity to progress your career delivering on strategic, self-driven marketing projects in collaboration with the Director of Marketing based in the US.

Hybrid working options are available, normal working hours are 9am 5pm, you will be expected to work some later hours to support the US work, when required.

As a result of continued growth, they are now seeking a Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator, who has the personality and drive to succeed and make a difference to join their small, friendly team.

Joining as the Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the tactical marketing needs of EMEA (Europe, the Middle East & Africa) business including graphic design, deliverable review, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, social media, and communications. Whether you are formatting, checking clarity and grammar; creating marketing collateral (slides / graphics / whitepapers / brochures / case studies,); tracking prospects and leads via CRM; producing monthly metric reports; assisting with the social media calendar; creating press releases and media outreach or coordinating conferences, hosted / virtual events, it will be your excellent communication skills and eye for design that helps deliver outstanding results.

To qualify… You should be an ambitious B2B Marketing Executive / Marketing Analyst / Marketing Coordinator / Communications Executive / Brand Executive / Marketing Communications Executive with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience in generalist B2B marketing role(s).
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite, you are an expert in PowerPoint.
  • CRM experience, HubSpot would be a plus.
  • Design experience, experience with Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus.
  • Creative skills and an eye for quality design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are well organised with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships across stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Ability to deliver efficiently to meet deadlines.
