A  Marketing Executive / Marketing Account Exec is needed to join a full-service fundraising agency celebrating three new charity partners already aboard in 2022. Expect a fantastic opportunity to develop your career working with internal teams and charity partners to implement fundraising plans. 
For over 24 years, this innovative agency has helped hundreds of non-profits start and build meaningful relationships with their supporters. Through thought-provoking data analysis, insightful strategy and clever creative solutions they deliver successful campaigns from fundraising, acquisition to legacy – and everything in-between. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a hard-working Marketing Executive / Marketing Account Exec to assist the team in the smooth delivery of client projects. 
Joining as the Marketing Executive / Marketing Account Exec you will receive full support and training from the best in the business. You will be involved in the creation and delivery of creative briefs; eye-catching design; direct marketing; client liaison, the development of winning proposals and presenting new business pitches. 
In short, you will ensure the agency delivers on brief, on time and on budget every time – taking the hassle away from the clients and providing them with solutions and not problems.
Hybrid working options are in place, which means some time spent in the office and some time at home; depending on the role / days worked / needs of the team etc we come to individual arrangements with you.
To qualify… Whether you call yourself a Junior Marketing Executive / Marketing Account Exec / Account Executive /PR Account Exec / Junior Account Exec / Client Service Exec / AE / Senior Account Executive / SAE / Marketing Executive or similar, we don’t mind, your CV just needs to demonstrate:
  • Communication / Marketing / PR agency experience at Junior/Account Executive level;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships;
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail;
  • You are numerate and financially/business savvy;
  • Project management skills: ability to juggle more than one task;
  • An enquiring and creative mind.
Demonstrable passion for and commitment to the sector would be a plus, particularly human rights, health care and animal welfare.
