A highly organised Office Manager / PA (with HR skills) is needed to join a disruptive tech start-up based in Croydon. Expect a diverse and rewarding environment with you at the center delivering the exceptional office support that tees everyone up for success.

Due to continued rapid growth they are now seeking an Office Manager / PA to work alongside the directors and to provide key input into how the office is run.  
Joining as the Office Manager / PA, you will act as the lynchpin within the business helping to establish general office admin procedures that enable the effortless expansion of the business. Whether you are planning and organising the sales team’s monthly roster; managing employee leave and work from home schedules; assisting with travel plans and events; scheduling calendars, emails and meetings; coordinating HR activity (organising interviews / general HR assistance) or any other office admin task it will be your excellent organisational and time management skills which ensures the smooth running of this exciting company. 
To qualify… You should be an Office Manager / PA / EA / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / HR Assistant or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
  • Experience in a similar Office Manager / PA role
  • Previous exposure to HR duties
  • A bright and engaging personality with a proactive and flexible attitude
  • Experience in managing multiple diaries, engagements and commitments
  • Experience organising HR activities, diaries, and travel itineraries
  • Exceptional project management, time management, organisation, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to go above and beyond to get things done
  • Excellent and quick problem solving skills
  • A strong work ethic – self-motivation with the ability to take the initiative
