An ambitious Paid Media Manager / Media Planner is needed to join a social network focused on the sharing of ideas to accelerate medical discoveries and best practice.  Passionate about ‘all things digital’, the Paid Media Manager / Media Planner will utilise their Social Media and strategy skills to plan and execute performance media campaigns across high profile clients. The successful candidate can expect rapid career growth, with the opportunity to quickly grow into a media leadership position. 

Currently the role offers flexible hybrid working with work from home most days and office attendance 1 – 2 days per week or as needed. 
With over 30,000 videos, 5000+ expert speakers, 12 million tracked users and 55k monthly visitors, this innovative social network is determined to build the world’s largest medical community (a LinkedIn for the medical world), with the power to enhance the quality of physician’s lives and the lives of their patients. Having already achieved huge levels of success they are now seeking a Paid Media Manager / Media Planner to drive and optimise their media offering for clients.
The Paid Media Manager / Media Planner will enjoy the autonomy to make the role their own, driving performance media campaigns within paid and organic channels whilst being at the forefront of developing their media product.
Whether you are taking a client brief and developing an end-to-end media strategy, heading up the delivery of paid media campaigns across the digital spectrum (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, e-mail, their platform and beyond), monitoring analytics, copywriting punchy emails, or identifying the best performing channels, it will be your love of tech and excellent communication skills that deliver outstanding results for clients.  
  
To qualify… You will need to be super driven and team orientated Paid Media Manager / Media Planner / Marketing Coordinator / Paid Media Social Manager / Facebook Advertising Media Buyer / Facebook Ad Manager / Social Media Strategy Manager / Social Media Executive / Digital Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Executive or similar who can demonstrate:  
  • Experience running performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Linkedin. 
  • Some experience managing email marketing campaigns. 
  • A sense of wonder in everyday life. Do you notice unusual details, need to find out why something is the case, or feel the need to tell friends about something you’ve just learnt?
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often remotely.    
  • A natural aptitude towards implementing measurement and defining social strategies.
  • A passion for all things social / tech / digital and eagerness to learn about new ideas.
  • Creativity and idea generation.
  • Strong communications skills – written and verbal.  
  • You are happy to work alone, but also thrive in sharing ideas with the wider team.
