PRODUCTION MANAGER (SPORT CONTENT)

A Production Manager is needed to join an award-winning content creation business that work with some the biggest organisations in sport. Expect to utilise your production process experience and creative outlook to oversee the delivery of exciting multimedia projects. 
This role is initially working from home and will eventually be based in their Twickenham office.
 
Working with some of the biggest national governing bodies, major event organisers, sponsors and brands in European sport, namely the FA, Premiership Rugby and Team GB (to name a few), this innovative content creator is renowned for delivering outstanding sports sponsorship, PR and Marketing campaigns. They are now seeking a Production Manager who has a passion for sport to join their talented team.
 
Reporting to the Head of Production the Production Manager will oversee and contribute to the smooth running of production across multiple projects. Whether you are acting as the main point of contact for clients; creating shoot briefs and callsheets; producing risk assessments; organising kit for shoots; scheduling crew (inhouse and freelancers); managing shoots on location, oversee pre and post production or assisting with team appraisals, it will be your fantastic organisational skills that ensure all multimedia projects are managed cost effectively, on time and within budget. 
 
To qualify… You could be a Production Manager / Junior Production Manager / Creative Producer / Producer  or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
  • Proven experience within the production process;
  • Experience in producing call sheets and risk assessments;
  • You are flexible with hours and days due to the nature of Sport;
  • You are highly organised;
  • Good social skills and the ability to manage tricky situations;
  • You are confident to lead and motivate a team;  
  • The ability to work as part of teams in a fast-paced production environment;
  • You are time conscious, you don’t miss a deadline.
