Project Managers / Construction PMs, who are used to handling an active project portfolio, are needed to join a well-established, boutique Design and Build Company. Working from their office in Kensington, expect to play a key role managing construction projects across various sectors, including Educational, Commercial, Leisure, Retail, and Parks. 

With over 300 successful projects in 30 years, this London based “Design Manage Construct” company has built an enviable reputation for understanding project goals and finding solutions for a wide variety of sectors. They are now seeking experienced Assistant and Senior Project Managers/ Construction PMs who can help their talented team deliver a multitude of high-quality new builds and refurbishment projects, in both the private and public sectors.

Joining as one of the Project Managers / Construction PMs you will be responsible for coordinating projects to maximise efficiency, economy, communication, and successful completion of each active project. You will be responsible for the entire project delivery, such as preparation of costed Schedule of Works, Design Development, Subcontractor Selection, Project Staff / Site Management, Client Liaison and Handover. You will be key in ensuring smooth operations and optimal functionality. 

To qualify… You should have experience of Project Management / Construction Project Management/ Project Coordination and Delivery with a CV that demonstrates:

• Experience in Project Management roles in the construction sector. 
• Experience with a range of public and private sector clients.
• Experience with new builds & refurbishments.
• Experience of delivering projects on time and to budget.
• Excellent people skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Problem solving with a logical and practical mind.
• You have a flexible approach, high motivation and are reliable.
