A Junior Sales Executive / Graduate Business Development Exec is needed to join an award-winning, full-service design agency, with an enviable roster of UK and International clients, including the United Nations and World Health Organisation.
 
Established for over 22 years, their talented team of 18 – comprising design, web, interactive and video, provide a wide variety of capabilities and experience that the new Graduate Sales Executive will be able to leverage to prospective new clients. Their renowned collaborative approaches lead to regular face-to-face meetings with clients in the UK, Brussels and Geneva. They have grown rapidly over the past few years and (with your help) have ambitious plans to continue to develop further.
 
Working in a small team alongside a Director the Junior Sales Executive / Graduate Business Development Exec will be instrumental in developing and maintaining relationships with clients in both existing and new, in sectors at home and abroad.
 
The chosen Junior Sales Executive / Graduate Business Development Exec will be a personable, ambitious individual who wishes to join the exciting world of marketing communications and the tenacity to succeed in business development.
 
The Junior Sales Executive / Graduate Business Development Exec Role:

Will suit a Graduate or Sales professional with some sales experience, looking to work in a progressive and highly engaged role, in an informal but professional environment. You will receive comprehensive sales and CRM training to help maintain and build the sales pipeline, develop campaigns to market their wide range of services and book and attend meetings.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join and be an integral part of a small sales team. Regular performance reviews will take place and continuous feedback given to maximise your professional development. 
To qualify… You will be an ambitious Graduate Sales Executive / Sales Representative / Business Development Exec / New Business Exec or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
  • You are educated to degree-level
  • You are literate, with a proficient command of English
  • A first-rate telephone manner & confident presentation skills
Desirable Skills
  • Second language proficiency – preferably French
  • Work experience in a communications role
  • Working knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
  • General interest in web and graphic design

They are offering a base salary c. £24-28k dependant on experience (+ £4k performance-based commission + 5% sales-based commission) with regular reviews and potential to progress to a senior role.

Their offices are in Mortlake, West London, in-between Putney and Richmond (2 mins walk from Mortlake Station – 10 mins from Clapham Junction and 25 mins from Waterloo).
