An ambitious Junior / Entry Level Sales Executive / Graduate New Business Development Exec is needed to join the Head Office of a leading chemical distributor in Sittingbourne. They are seeking a Junior / Entry Level Sales Executive / Graduate New Business Development Exec to join their dedicated team.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Junior / Entry Level Sales Executive / Graduate New Business Development Exec, will join a team of 6 and will be responsible for generating and nurturing new business relationships across Scotland and the North East. Working autonomously, you will generate new business and identify new opportunities. Whether you are identifying client needs, responding to all sales leads, formally quoting on new sales opportunities or conducting outbound activities, it will be your sales skills that will be essential in winning new clients and keeping existing clients happy.
This role is a consultative, solutions sales role selling business to business (B2B) chemicals to companies who already have a demand for the products. Ideally the Junior Sales Executive / Graduate New Business Development Exec will have some sales experience but drive and enthusiasm are as important in this fast-moving dynamic marketplace.
To qualify… You could be a Junior or Graduate Sales Executive / New Business Development Exec / Account Manager / Sales Account Manager / Account Executive / Sales Manager / New Business Development Manager / Account Manager or similar, we don’t mind as long as you have a business mind and the drive to succeed. Your CV should demonstrate:
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • An outgoing, poised and persuasive communication style that enables you to build rapport.
  • A natural ability to close sales.
  • The ability self-manage your own diary;
  • You are computer literate, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • A GCSE grade C or higher in Maths and English plus passes in three other subjects.
