A Sales and Marketing Executive, who loves immersive experiences, is needed to join an exciting fast-growing Experience Economy Start-up. Working closely with the CEO expect to play a vital role in turning this fast-growing venture into the global institution for the Experience Economy.

Founded in 2020, this innovative start up is the World Economic Forum for the experience industries, consisting of 200+ members in 26 countries (and growing) across brands such as Secret Cinema, Deloitte, Whole Foods and many more. They believe in the power of experiences and experientialism to make the world a better place. Less stuff, better experiences!
Due to rapid growth, they are seeking an energetic, can-do Sales and Marketing Executive who would relish the opportunity to grow revenue to build this exciting start-up. 
In the engine room of the business, the Sales and Marketing Executive / Business Development & Growth Hacking Executive will work closely with the CEO to identify the ‘ideal customer profile’, map out their challenges, behaviors and paths to becoming a loyal customer; and, most important of all, sell them the benefits of joining and bring them onboard.  Whether you are selling; mapping and improving the marketing and sales process; experimenting and identifying new channels to market and new ways to sell; hacking and A/B testing the sales and marketing channels to create faster growth; opening up new markets; you will be a fantastic salesperson, a fast learner who is eager to try new things and solve problems. 
This is a start-up, so you must be a self-starter full of ideas, able to open conversations, close new business, and bring potential members on board in order to fast-track growth. You can either work from their fantastic office in West London, or from home – you choose.
To qualify… You could be a Growth Hacker / Sales and Marketing Executive / Sales Executive / New Business Executive / Marketing Executive / B2B Sales and Marketing Coordinator / Sales Marketing Coordinator / Lead Generation Marketing Executive or similar, we don’t mind, your CV just needs to demonstrate: 
  • You love sales and marketing
  • You are passionate about experiences 
  • You are interested in start-ups and the start-up approach 
  • A 2:1 or above degree from a respected university 
  • Experience growing revenue, and transparent, effective reporting
  • Some experience with the start-up tech marketing & sales stack – e.g., Mailchimp, LinkedIn, CRM system.
  • You are a Self-starter – we focus on objectives & outcomes, not micro-managing 
  • Superb attention to detail 
  • Ambition and Drive – you take initiative and relish learning on the job in a Start-up environment
  • You are a talent, a high achiever, a top performer, and someone who lives and breathes what you do!
