A SAP Business One Support Consultant is needed to join a leading Managed Service provider based in Cheshire. You will ideally be currently thriving in an SAP B1 Partner environment, ready to elevate your career to new heights within a company that promises outstanding development and limitless prospects. Candidates with experience in a helpdesk / service desk / end user environment will also be considered.

Due to continued success, they are now seeking a talented SAP Business One Support Consultant to join their award-winning team that includes some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Joining as the SAP Business One Support Consultant you will deliver top-notch helpdesk support to their SAP Business One customers, both external and internal, spanning various industries. You will swiftly, professionally, and efficiently handle support tickets by resolving issues promptly and directing them to specialists when necessary. This position requires frequent interaction with customers. In addition to possessing business management knowledge, personal presentation and a strong personality are crucial aspects.

To qualify…You will be a SAP Business One Support Consultant / SAP Business Once Service Desk Consultant / SAP B1 Helpdesk Specialist / SAP B1 Customer Support Consultant or a Consultant with End-user Experience with a CV that demonstrates:

  • SAP Business One experience. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and / or business management software experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP B1 (preferably SAP B1 Version 10 Certified).
  • MS SQL administration experience, including maintenance plans, logs shrinking, and database backup/restore.
  • Strong technical skills in supporting of SAP B1 system in a Windows environment.
  • Knowledge of SQL query writing.
  • Crystal Reports writing experience.
  • Basic finance knowledge is desirable (year end, posting periods, VAT).
  • Logical problem-solving abilities.
  • An ability to understand internal systems and adhere to processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • The ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer requirements.
  • You are proficient in interrogating customers’ business processes to identify the root cause of reported issues.

Having SAP B1 Certification is advantageous.
