An experienced & ambitious Senior Client Account Manager / Client Relations Manager is needed to join an independent digital, media & creative agency – renowned for creating compelling campaigns for brands that matter through high performance, cross platform marketing campaigns, award winning creative and web design. Expect the rare opportunity to take up an integral role developing a sales plan to target companies that fit within the B2C Health and Lifestyle sectors.

They are now seeking a Senior Client Account Manager / Client Relations Manager to join their small and growing team to proactively identify, nurture and mine new business opportunities and develop a lead’s strategy.
Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Client Account Manager / Client Relations Manager, will be responsible for generating and nurturing new business relationships by selling bespoke, digital, media, social, web and creative opportunities. Working autonomously, you will generate new business and identify new opportunities. Whether you are attending prospective client meetings, identifying client needs, assisting with client proposals or conducting outbound activities, it will be your ability to build client relationships that will be essential in winning new clients.
Hybrid working options are available, it is expected that you will be in the office 3 times a week. Once the pandemic has ended it is expected that the role will incorporate a reasonable degree of time-spent away from the office/base at client presentations & networking.
To qualify… You should be an ambitious Senior Client Account Manager / Client Relations Manager / Client Services Manager / Customer Success Manager/ Business Development Manager / Account Manager / or similar, with a CV and cover letter that demonstrates:
- Experience in a similar Senior Client Account Manager role ideally in a media / advertising / agency environment.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- An outgoing, poised and persuasive communication style that enables you to build rapport.
- Success in a similar target driven role.
- A natural ability to close sales via your own generated leads and supplied leads, by phone, email or meetings.
- The flexibility to travel and a full UK driving licence.
