Site Managers / Construction Managers, who are at a minimum SMSTS, First Aid qualified, are needed to join a well-established boutique Design and Build Company. Expect an excellent opportunity to manage overall site construction for a wide variety of projects. Sectors can range from Educational, Commercial, Leisure, to Retail and Parks.

They are now seeking Site Managers / Construction Managers to become an integral part of the business, delivering projects to the highest standard.

Joining as a Site Manager / Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading site construction teams to ensure all staff are following strict Health & Safety procedures, as well as taking the lead on all site activities. You will liaise closely with the Project Manager and conduct all site management duties in an efficient and timely process, abiding by company policies and procedures to ensure smooth project delivery.

To qualify… You should have experience of Site Management/ Construction Management/ Building Site Management / Construction Site Management / Senior Site Management with a CV that demonstrates:

• Experience in Site Management / Construction Site Management role.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Extensive knowledge and awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures, practices and legislation
• Good customer relationship skills 
• The ability to multitask
• You are SMSTS Qualified, hold a PASMA and First Aid Certificate. Other qualifications should help.
