A Solicitor specialising in wills & probate is needed to join a Law firm that specialises in financial litigation. Working on a range of private client matters including wills, probate, LPAs and Court of Protection applications you will be responsible for supporting colleagues and providing professional legal support to clients.

Joining as a Solicitor specialising in wills & probate and reporting to the Head of Legal Operations you will excel at delivering quality work products with a fine eye for detail. On a day-to-day basis you will manage your own workload, provide excellent client care, and have a track record of meeting billing targets coupled with a methodical approach and high levels of accuracy in accordance with legal and regulatory guidelines and the firms values. In short you will be a brand champion supporting your clients by going the extra mile to ensure excellent customer service.

To qualify…you will be a Solicitor with experience in wills and probate and a CV that demonstrates:

• Previous experience in a similar role with working knowledge of drafting Wills, LPAs, and COP applications.
• Ability to manage your own case load of wills, LPAs, and COP applications.
• Ability to handle clients and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills, proficient user of case management systems and reporting systems.
• Experience of using will writing software.

It is advantageous if you have experience in managing a small team and have Proclaim case management system experience.
