A super friendly Studio Manager / Office Manager is needed to join a fabulous Fabric and Wallpaper Company. Expect an exciting and diverse role supporting the owner. 
This role will initially be part time: 2pm-6pm Monday to Friday leading to a full-time role (10am – 6pm Monday to Friday) in January 2022. It is expected that you attend the office in Battersea one day a week, the rest of the time you will be working from home. 
Founded in 2013, this leading textile designer has collaborated with decorators, bringing her own designs as well as antique textiles to a variety of projects. Her work has been featured in publications that include The World of Interiors, Vogue Living, US Vogue, AD, Elle Déco and many more. Due to exciting growth, they are now seeking a super organised Studio Manager / Office Manager to become a key part of the operation. 
Joining as the Studio Manager / Office Manager you will act as the lynchpin within the business. Whether you are liaising with customers (primarily in the US); processing orders; overseeing dispatch; raising invoices; liaising with suppliers; checking stock; working with the accountant (using Xero); weekly credit control or completing tasks for the owner it will be your superb organisation and administration skills that will ensure a smooth-running office where no two days are the same.
To qualify… You should be a Studio Manager / Office Manager / PA / EA / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
  • Experience in a similar Studio Manager /  Office Manager role, ideally gained within a creative office environment;
  • A bright and engaging personality with a proactive and flexible attitude;
  • Experience in managing multiple diaries, engagements and commitments;
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills;
  • Experience with Xero would be useful;
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
