Trainee Mortgage Advisors are needed to join London’s fastest growing premier mortgage broker. Mentored by a Senior Mortgage Advisor and enjoying full training, expect to be earning 6 figures in a little over 2 years. 
Year 1 OTE of £30,000 – £60,000, Year 2 OTE of £70,000 – £120,000, Year 3+ OTE of £130,000+
Providing mortgage and property finance to high-net-worth clients in the UK and internationally, this leading mortgage broker is renowned for working with the biggest and best property developers / estate agents and offering quality advice. They are now seeking driven Trainee Mortgage Advisors to join their hard-working, fast-paced team. 
Under the mentorship of a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will enjoy full initial training, and on-going weekly training sessions, whilst receiving high-quality leads from high income / aspirational / high net worth clients. 
To qualify… You could be a Graduate or someone who has targeted sales experience (Property Sales, Recruitment, Bancassurance/Retail banking etc.), we don’t mind as long, as your CV demonstrates:
  • A driven attitude, professional approach, charisma and willing to go the extra mile;
  • You must be committed to going self-employed and funding your personal living expenses over the initial 6 months;
  • Must have R01 or CeMAP 1 prior to starting the role. (You are welcome to apply for the role if you don’t have the R01 or CeMAP1, however you would be expected to have passed before you start the role.)  
In return the Trainee Mortgage advisor will enjoy potential earnings of over 100k in three years, a fantastic performance driven, team focused environment, regular social events with drinks and seasonal festivities plus their own 5-a-side team and squash league!

This is a self-employed, commission only role:
  • First 4 – 6 months, it is unlikely you will earn anything;
  • Year 1 £30k-£60k;
  • Year 2 £70k-£120k;
  • Year 3 £130k+;
  • Working hours 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, you will need to work some evenings and Saturdays.
