An experienced Account Director/Senior Account Director is needed to join a leading enterprise B2B Tech Communications Agency, with offices in London (Southwark) and Basingstoke. This is a strategically important, high-profile role within the agency calling for an experienced suit who is well on their way to Senior Account Director, or already there. 
Hybrid working options are available, it is expected you attend the London or Basingstoke (you choose) office at least once a week.

With support from the Senior team, the Senior Account Director will be responsible for organic account growth, client happiness, profitability of projects and for delivering award winning work. A core focus of this role will be working with one of the Agency’s largest and longest standing global clients, which still has plenty of scope for the right account lead to make a mark and scale the account.
To qualify… You should be an Account Director / Senior Account Manager Business Director or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
  • Significant experience and a demonstrable track record in agency client services within a B2B tech agency or similar organisation
  • A foundational understanding of the global technology market and how to engage large to very large end-user clients
  • The credibility to operate at a senior level and leading conversations and taking an advisory, consultative role in discussions around integrated sales and marketing
  • An entrepreneurial and collaborative approach and the ability to fit into dynamic, energetic environments
  • Ambition and a hunger to grow your knowledge and skillset 
  • The ability to understand complex propositions and help develop communication strategies along with an appreciation of the importance of solid project management
