A Customer Service Manager (with ecommerce experience) is needed to join an established, family run luxury retail business who are nestled among the picturesque hills of Cheshire. Leading the customer service team, you’ll play a pivotal role overseeing and enhancing all aspects of customer support to ensure this top brand continue to stand-out in their market.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll lead the customer service team (6) with autonomy, fostering collaboration with logistics and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. From responding to reviews on sites such as Trust Pilot and Judge Me, to analysing performance metrics and keeping tabs on enquiries and inboxes, you’ll champion customer-centric initiatives driving improvements and enhancements across all facets of the customer service department

To qualify: Whether you call yourself a Customer Support Manager, CS Manager, Customer Service Manager (or similar) we don’t mind, you just need a CV that demonstrates:

  • Solid customer service experience (with exposure to ecommerce environments, specifically Shopify);
  • That you care deeply about brand reputation and delivering great customer service;
  • First class communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You are a charismatic team leader passionate about doing great work;
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail;
  • You are a great problem solver.
