A Human Resources Assistant / HR Admin is needed to join one of the UK’s fastest growing ecommerce brands based in Snodland, Kent.  In this newly created role, you will focus on talent acquisition and recruiting processes from supporting recruitment campaigns through to inductions, performance reviews and assisting in the organisation of staff events. With no two days being the same, you can expect to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
This role is 100% office based in Snodland, Kent.

Joining as the Human Resources Assistant / HR Admin you will assist with HR and Health and Safety administration & implementation throughout the business. Whether you are driving the recruitment process, conducting preemployment checks, arranging and conducting interviews, onboarding all new starters, being the first point of contact for external HR & Health and Safety consultants, arranging H&S audits / risk assessments or completing return to works / performance reviews, it will be your efficient and highly organised nature that will ensure the smooth running of the HR function. 
To qualify… You should be an Human Resources Assistant / HR Admin / HR Administrator / Human Resources Administrator or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
  • Some HR experience within a busy environment. 
  • A proven ability to build effective relationships with line managers and employees in all levels of the business.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to work confidently and professionally at all times.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Calm, composed manner but having a sense of urgency when necessary.
