As the driving force behind the brand, the Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive will ignite strategic marketing initiatives to turbocharge business growth, captivating audiences and driving leads. Your role encompasses dynamic optimisation of marketing strategies, fuelled by cutting-edge market research and content creation (across website, blog posts, social media, email newsletters, case studies, and press releases). You’ll command their online presence (website content, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns), with a key focus on results and ROI.
To qualify…You will be a Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator / Content Marketing Exec / Digital Marketing Coordinator or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
- Marketing experience, ideally in architecture, design, or construction industries.
- A deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, demonstrated through successful execution of integrated campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you are able to craft compelling content that drives tangible business outcomes.
- You are proficient in digital marketing platforms, including website CMS, SEO tools, social media management, and email marketing software.
- You are skilled in data analysis, CRM, and reporting, leveraging insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset, bringing creativity and innovation to the table.
- Strong project management abilities, juggling multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- You are a collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Due to the office location, it is required that you hold a valid UK driving licence.
